  • The product can be returned or replaced if it is Receiving a product other than the one ordered , or if it has manufacturing defect , or damage , or Breakage , at no additional cost to the customer.
  • The product must be in Original condition , unused, with All accessories In the original, tightly packed packaging ( wrapped in nylon ).
  • Please note that Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged. In any case, in order to preserve public health.
3. Procedures
To submit a return request, please contact us via WhatsApp, Messenger, or email, stating the reasons for the exchange or return.
We will contact you and provide you with the procedures for returning or exchanging the product.
4. Refund
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund request will be processed within a maximum of two days.
We will refund the amount to the original payment method. Please note that this may take some time depending on your bank's policy.
5. Shipping costs
The customer bears the shipping costs for returns or exchanges, except in cases related to an error on our part.
